SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Select your chosen postage option. For UK shipments we use Royal Mail UK Signed For® service - you can choose form 1st class or 2nd class. For UK shipped parcels between 2kg and 5 kg we use Parcelforce Next day express24 and express48 services.
International shipments are subject to special arrangements - please contact us on 020 8803 0241 during normal business hours 9:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
We will normally dispatch stock items within one working day of receipt of cleared payment. If the item is out of stock, you will be contacted to determine what course of action you would prefer, otherwise non stocked items will normally be dispatched within one working day of receipt at our offices.
If you need your goods urgently, for next day delivery, or need to check availability and to confirm that it will be possible for the goods to be shipped the same day, you are advised to contact the office by sending an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org, or by calling 020 8803 0241 from within the UK or 0044 20 8803 0241 International. Please call during our normal office hours, 9:30am to 5:30pm GMT Monday to Friday. Please quote your order number if available. Please note that we do not guarantee that your package will arrive on a specific date. Any delivery times shown on our website, or given by our office staff are estimates based on the information available to us at the time, and are a guide only. We will of course do all that we can to assist with any enquiries relating to late or missed deliveries.
If an enhanced service such as Special Delivery is selected in the checkout process, we still advise that you contact the office to make sure that your goods are available for same day shipping. Any orders placed after 3pm and not notified to us may be shipped on the following working day.
Our Order Cut-Off time for same day shipping by the following methods is detailed below, and applies to orders that have been confirmed to us as described above.
- Same day shipping via standard UK mail is 2.30 pm, Monday to Friday.
If you need your goods urgently, are worried about them being lost or stolen in transit or at your point of receipt, please contact us for options on 020 8803 0241 during normal business hours 9:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
If your shipment is delayed, we are unable to initiate any searches for “Lost Items” or issue replacement goods until the full period of 15 working days as specified by the Postal Service has elapsed.
Incorrect Shipping Charges:
Whilst every care is taken to ensure that shipping charges are calculated correctly during the checkout process, there may be rare instances where they are unable to calculate correctly due to remote locations, off shore areas or other unusual factors. We reserve the right to ask for additional shipping charges prior to shipping your order, but please be assured that we will keep any additional charges to the absolute minimum.
Duties & Taxes:
Any and all Import Duties, VAT and Local Taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. Dive Force Marine Ltd accepts no liability to pay any charges on behalf of the purchaser. If goods are returned to Dive Force Marine Ltd because of unpaid duties or taxes, we reserve the right to pursue the purchaser for any costs incurred to Dive Force Marine Ltd in respect of non payment of Import Duties, VAT and Local Taxes.
