Ian Culley - Owner / PADI Instructor
I passed the shop for many years, and always wondered why there was a scuba diving shop on the North Circular (so far away from the sea). Following a Discover Scuba Diving session in Greece in the early 2000's I got the scuba diving bug, became an instructor, and following the retirement of the business founders in 2016 (Terry and Jean Wheal) bought the business.
The company continues to trade from the same shop that it has been in since the 1990's and continues to be very much a fixture of The Cambridge Roundabout which must be one of the busiest roundabouts in London. Whilst I enjoy cold water diving and teaching, these days (when I'm not in the shop) you are far more likely to find me diving somewhere warm with blue water and sharks/whalesharks/mantas. We continue to provide a comprehensively stocked shop and full service capabilities for all types of diving equipment. You can also find us at the GoDiving dive show where we bring colour and innovation back into diving.
On the training side, I am supported by a great team of instructors and divemasters (Debbie, Steve, Julie, Julian and many others).
