Refresh your skills with Dive Force
Has it been a while since you’ve been scuba diving? Do you feel like your scuba skills are a bit rusty? Then refresh your skills with Dive Force - we will reacquaint you with all the essential diving skills so that you're back to feeling comfortable in the underwater world in a a single pool session.
Many scuba diving resorts require evidence of having dived / refreshed skills within the last six months as advised by PADI. We will provide sign-off for your log book showing that you have carried out a skills review..
If you feel that your theory skills are rusty too, then consider the PADI Reactivate course if you have a PADI certification.

The Fun Part
Brush up on your skills. Improve your diving ability with guidance from a PADI pro, and get your scuba gear ready for your next scuba vacation or diving holiday.
What you Learn
You have a guided skills review session with a PADI Pro and practice diving skills in a fun and relaxed pool session.
This course is particularly beneficial if you:
- Are a PADI Open Water Diver course referral student who wants a refresher prior to making your open water training dives
- Are a PADI Scuba Diver who wants to upgrade to Open Water Diver
- Just haven’t scuba dived in a while and want to get familiar again
- Need your log book signing off for your next scuba diving holiday.
The Scuba Gear You Use
You use all the basic scuba gear. We will provide everything you need for the pool session, although we prefer you bring your own mask and snorkel. You can find everything you need at Dive Force Marine.
Prerequisites
To take the a scuba review you must be:
- a qualified scuba diver (it doesn't matter which agency you qualified with
- Be at least 10 years old
Logistics & Cost
The scuba review session is carried out at Albany Leisure Centre, 505 Hertford Road EN3 5XH. We run sessions on some Thursday evenings starting at 20:00, finishing at 21:45. All you need to do is bring your swimming things, a rash vest or t-shirt (for comfort under the BCD), preferably your own mask and and snorkel and finally your log book.
